Our experience was absolutely amazing! Stefano and his wonderful family made my family and me feel so welcome and at home. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and very private, with air conditioning and a TV. The pool was always clean and available whenever we wanted to use it. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, dinner, and the boat experience. We truly loved everything about our stay. Highly recommended!

The room offered a great view of the Rapallo beach. The culinary experience at HEY, the hotel’s restaurant, was amazing. The chef is VERY talented and creative. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful location and staff were very friendly. Triple room I ordered was unilaterally changed to double by management before we arrived as they only saw 2 people, but we had three so needed a triple room . They ended up charging more than I paid upfront which was fine but we had to move rooms after first night. I had been in communication with them before we arrived so wish they would’ve just asked and then all would have been fine when we arrived.

Hotel Jolanda was perfect for our stay. Though it is a very old building, it has been well maintained and felt quite elegant.
We had a corner room with balcony that looked down the street toward the harbor.
There was no harbor view, but the few blocks toward the harbor provided everything we could want: groceries, bakery, gelato, restaurants, etc. It was a lovely neighborhood.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding each morning, complete with coffee choices, fruit, pastries, meats, etc. Much more than we expected.
Valet parking is off-site, which was not a problem. You can walk to everything within town. We took the ferry to Portofino and found it to be much smaller and less walkable. Santa Margherita is a lovely authentic town.

"This is the fourth time we have stayed overnight before an early morning flight. The staff were brilliant, the hotel very family friendly which was great for my 7 year old grand daughter, and was very comfortable. We will certainly be back."
