Das Objekt entsprach exakt der Beschreibung: sehr schön, modern, sauber – wirklich ein Traum und absolut empfehlenswert, was Ausstattung und Zustand betrifft.Leider war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter eine Katastrophe. Nach der Buchung und Bezahlung erhielten wir über eine Woche keinerlei Rückmeldung, auch 24 Stunden vor Anreise nicht. Erst dank des sehr guten FeWo-Supports wurde uns schließlich geholfen. Am Anreisetag bekamen wir dann einen Anruf, auf gebrochenem Englisch, wie wir Zugang zur Unterkunft erhalten. Eine Einweisung oder nähere Erklärung gab es nicht.Während des Aufenthalts hatten wir zwei kleinere Anliegen, die der Vermieter am nächsten Tag erledigen wollte – er erschien jedoch nicht und meldete sich auch nicht ab. Zwei Tage vor Abreise kontaktierte er uns plötzlich wieder, um nach unserem Abreisetag zu fragen, obwohl dieser in der Buchung klar hinterlegt war. Als wir erklärten, dass wir uns bei der genauen Uhrzeit des Auszugs noch nicht festgelegt hatten, machte er plötzlich Druck.Fazit: Unterkunft top, Vermieter flop. Ohne FeWo-Support wären wir aufgeschmissen gewesen. Sehr schade, dass Kommunikation nur über brüchiges Englisch oder Übersetzer-Französisch möglich war – das trübt den ansonsten großartigen Aufenthalt deutlich.
