We are pleased to offer you for rent our brand new little corner of paradise built on a landscaped plot of 1100 m² planted with magnificent cork oaks and local stones.
Our villa is ideal for families and friends, It offers spacious spaces composed of 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people. Bathed in sunshine, you will enjoy its comfort, its private swimming pool and beautiful shaded terrace

The accommodation
Our architect's villa that we have named Villa Sadréa (marriage of the names of our 2 children "Sacha" and "Andréa"), offers a spacious and cosy interior of 150 m² in a modern and refined style

The whole house is air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning) with each independent room.

On the ground floor you have a beautiful entrance with a lounge area connected TV with two large sofas, a superb fully equipped kitchen open to the dining table for 10 people but also with a sliding window serving on the outdoor terrace,
Apart, the master suite area (Queen size bed 160*200) also opening onto the terrace with its dressing room and its bathroom zelliges with Italian shower, double sink.

In the hallways you will find:
• a storeroom: washing machine, iron, etc
• toilet with washbasin.

A staircase will take you to the upper floor where you will find:
• Two double bedrooms with Queen size beds (160 cm bed) both opening onto a terrace with a sea view (Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, the sea and the hills of Palombaggia). ; including a bedroom with its private bathroom with bathtub; each bedroom has a dressing room
• A fourth bedroom called "dormitory" with a two bunk beds, dedicated to the children's area
• A shower room (walk-in shower), a sink
• a toilet on the landing

New furniture and bedding.

You will find in our house all the modern comforts and appliances, namely washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, hood, fridge and freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, connected TV, speaker. The house also offers Wi-Fi access in all rooms.

The garden benefits from several spaces:
• An exotic wood terrace with a 4*8 swimming pool private to the accommodation with beach (secured by a bar tarpaulin). You can enjoy this place in the shade of the cork oaks lying on comfortable sunbeds or a good nap in the hammock
• a shaded outdoor dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people; barbecue
• A parking area for 2 cars

Other remarks
• The end-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory: 250 €.

Mandatory deposit of 1500€ either by check or by bank transfer

• Linen: you have the choice to come with your own or to rent your linen through the service provider bleu Lavande (ask for the price list via the internet)

• A high chair, a travel cot and mattress and a bathtub can be made available upon request.

• Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our concierge agent. To avoid any unpleasant waiting, it will be preferable to call him the day before your arrival on site. The keys cannot be handed over before 5 p.m. due to the cleaning constraints of the villa.

• Upon departure (mandatory no later than 10 a.m.) the same method will be applied with the concierge service to proceed, quietly, with the exit inventory and the collection of the keys.
