The villa enjoys incredible views of the bay of Porto Vecchio and its mountains, the private beach is less than 50 metres from the house!
The ground floor is composed of a living room with kitchen open to the dining room and the living room, all opening onto the upstairs terrace. There is also upstairs a double bedroom (bed 180) with its bathroom and toilet, and sea view. There is also a separate toilet. On the ground floor: 1 separate bathroom with sink and bath, 3 double bedrooms (160 beds), two of which have a bathroom and toilet, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200), and an additional separate toilet. On the ground floor 3 bedrooms overlook the swimming pool, the 4th on the garden. The games room and the laundry room are on the ground floor. The bathrooms of the bedrooms are equipped with a very large walk-in shower, a very large sink and toilet. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and in the main room.

A mooring can be available on the beach located 30 metres from the bottom of the garden (under conditions). You can leave your boat there without having to worry about finding a berth in the port.

The villa was renovated for the first time in 2015: creation of a 10.5m X 4.5m swimming pool, treated with salt and heated using a heat pump; it is secured by an electric shutter. Construction of a 70m² IP wooden terrace on the ground floor.
The swimming pool is closed from November to the end of March inclusive.
Extension and repair in IP wood of the upstairs terrace (45m²). Repair of the exterior plaster of the house, interior paintings, frames and glazing of the ground floor. Second renovation of the ground floor at the end of 2021 beginning of 2022: kitchen completely redone. Last renovation of the entire ground floor in 2025.

In the games room: a flat screen and a dvd player, a TV, board games.
