Less than 15 minutes from Porto-Vecchio, located in a small, sought-after hamlet between the sea and the maquis, close to the superb beaches of Cala Rossa, Saint Cyprien, Cabanon Bleu, Pinarello, this new 45m² mini-villa offers a peaceful holiday setting. It features a living room opening through large bay windows onto a wooden terrace and its private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a 140*200 sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a 160*200 bed and dressing room opening onto the terrace, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. A private 2.5*4m swimming pool is also included. You can enjoy this spot in the shade of the cork oaks, relaxing on deck chairs. • End-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory: €90. • A mandatory security deposit of €700 is required, payable by check or bank transfer. • Linens: you can bring your own or rent them from Bleu Lavande (request the price list online). • A high chair, a travel cot and mattress, and a baby bath can be provided upon request. • Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our representative who will provide the service. Concierge service. To avoid any unpleasant waiting, it is best to call the day before your arrival. Keys cannot be handed over before 5 pm due to villa cleaning requirements. Upon departure (no later than 10 am), the same procedure will be followed with the concierge service to calmly complete the check-out inventory and return the keys.
