Great location

Our room overlooked the amphitheater and main square which was nice. Very quick check in. It just off the square and entrance is not obvious at first, good location for exploring Lecce

We went right in the middle of a 5-day festival, so it was a hassle to find the place, get parking, etc. Being fair, that is not the hotel's fault. That said, the room was clean and spacious and it is located right in the center of the old town, with many options for dining. The "breakfast" is not good, just a coffee and a cornnetto. The guy attending the place is not that friendly...

Do not let Trilogy ruin your vacation, take another hotel please. Photos are fake and when you ask at the reception they joke and say you can not always believe photos. Breakfast is the second joke, outside of the hotel, bad quality, unpleasant.

The breakfast was a disaster. You had to walk to a bakery and only got a Croissant and a coffee. If you wanted another croissant you had to pay for it. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst breakfast I have ever eaten. The room was good except that the air conditioning didn't work without the card. That's why I wanted a second card but I didn't get one. The room also smelled a bit.

Parkplätze steht zur Verfügung auf dem Gelände ist nicht war. Es handelt sich um.eine billige Restauration einer Wohnung in der Altstadt. ALLES BILLIG TÜRFALLE ABFEFALLEN.KLIMAANLAGE wärmt nicht.Radiator kalt. Dusche alles verkakt.dreckig. Lampen defekt. Einzig die Grösse des Zimmers und die Aussicht auf den Platz sind gut. Die Frauen am Empfang haben keine Ahnung vom Umgang mit Kunden und Bedienung...haben keine Ausbildung...in dem Bereich. Die Appartement sollten als solches allein angeboten werden. Doch mit Frühstück stand im Hotels.com .....das Frühstücks besteht aus einem 1cafe und 1 Croissant in einem cafe 100 m vom Haus noch selber zu suchen..denn die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns in die falsche Richtung geschickt.

Mässig - und es gibt schlimmeres

So so la la - zerrissene und zerschlissene Handtücher und Betttücher/unter dem Bett voll Staub - das ganze heruntergewirtschaftet und notdürftig unterhalten; alles wirkt etwas schmuddelig; helles Zimmer mit Fenstern auf zwei Seiten. Frühstück in einer Bar, 1 Getränk und 1 Brötchen.

Una bellissima vista su piazza S. Oronzo.

Camera con arredo moderno e confortevole e, soprattutto, affacciata direttamente sulla centralissima piazza S. Oronzo di Lecce, con vista davvero invidiabile sulla piazza, l'anfiteatro romano ed il centro storico di Lecce. Anche il bagno era moderno ed efficiente. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ideale Lage am Amphitheater, im Zentrum von Lecce. Wir waren im 4. Stock, gegenüber des Rezeptionstisches, im Zimmer mit Blick über den Platz und das Theater. Eigentlich könnte man eine hervorragende Bewertung abgeben, aber es gibt ein paar Defizite: Es gibt auch auf Nachfrage keine zweite Karte, um ins Gebäude, in den Flur und ins Zimmer zu kommen. Eine reguläre Rechnung konnte nicht ausgestellt werden. Dies ist für eine Abrechnung einer Dienstreise problematisch. Es gibt keine Tassen oder Gläser, und auch Pappbecher waren knapp. Die Rezeption ist nur partiell besetzt. Frühstück gibt es in einer nahegelegenen Bar. Es besteht aus einem Teilchen und einem Kaffee. Alles weitere muss extra bezahlt werden.
