“Un attico sotto al cielo” è un nuovissimo appartamento appena ristrutturato dotato di un magnifico terrazzo che corre lungo tutto il perimetro illuminando la casa.  
Situato al secondo piano in una palazzina di due piani presso una via molto tranquilla in cui si parcheggia sotto casa.  
L'appartamento è confortevole sia d'estate che d'inverno grazie al riscaldamento autonomo con caldaia  
  
Il grande spazio all’aperto, con vista sul campanile del Duomo, è arredato e piantumato offrendo la possibilità di godere del terrazzo in totale relax.  
L’appartamento è molto silenzioso si compone di: 1 camera con letto matrimoniale, 2 bagni, un ampio soggiorno con divano letto e cucina.  
È inoltre dotato di: aria condizionata, lavatrice, 2 televisori (soggiorno e camera), forno, lavastoviglie.  
  
L’attico si trova in un tranquillo quartiere a soli 10min a piedi da Porta Rudiae e dal centro di Lecce.
