The villa with pool Dimora del poeta contadino is a vacation villa with large equipped outdoor spaces and a large infinity pool, which it shares with another house located within a residence.
An automatic gate provides access to the property, with one path leading to the pretty cottage and another to the pool, which is surrounded by solarium.
The pool area is slightly detached from the two cottages, but within easy walking distance.
The cottage is well lit, well-kept and finished in detail. It is developed on the ground floor of the residence, with all around the green of olive and pine trees.
The entrance is a large window, introduced by an exclusive pergola area, furnished for outdoor dining.
The living room is furnished with table and chairs, TV and 1 double sofa bed. A door leads to the double bedroom, also with external access through a glass window. From the living room there is access to the full shower room. Finally, there is the well-equipped kitchen and a second bathroom with shower. The two bathrooms have no windows.
The house is surrounded by lots of greenery in a very relaxing atmosphere. In addition to the barbecue, there is a typical Salento trullo in the garden, inside which is kept the oven for making pizzas.

- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom.
