Villa Armida is a holiday home for 7 guests in Torre Chianca, seaside location of Lecce.

Villa
Armida is in the property of Residenza Artistica. The solution is
entirely fenced and it is accessible from a big wooden gate that opens
into the garden. At the back of the garden, in addition to the built-in barbecue and the green flowerbed, there is a spacious porch with dining area. Moreover, there is a shower which is very useful after a day at the beach.
Villa Armida is accessible by a small staircase. It opens into a large living room with sofa bed for two guests and the stairs that take to the furnished terrace with view on the sea. Moreover, there is a well-equipped kitchen with sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms.
The ensuite bathroom of the first bedroom is very peculiar, as its
fixtures are built into natural wood and its walls are painted with a
marine theme. The second bedroom open sink and bidet. Moreover, there is
another bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Villa Armida is one of the two units of Residenza Artistica. It is in Torre Chianca, one of the seaside locations near Lecce with beautiful sandy beaches on the Adriatic coast. The 2-unit complex is 100 meters away from the sea. The closest beach establishment is Maluha Bay.
Moreover,
it`s by the square where every Sunday it`s held the weekly market and
near a playground. In Torre Chianca there are several markets, cafès and
pizzerias. Furthermore, the holiday home is close to the characteristic
mouth of Idume River with pound and beach, less than 1 kilometer away. Lecce is 12 kilometers away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
