The house is clean and comfortable with a spacious backyard that’s perfect for lounging in nice weather. Lee, the host, is very accommodating and helpful, too. This house is the perfect house for all reasons and all seasons! The owners have thought of everything, drawers are labeled, nothing is left to chance, everything is squeaky clean YET it feels like home. We stayed at Benton House the weekend my daughter defended her PhD at Dartmouth and the owners were kind enough to allow a small get-together at the house. The property is park like yet centrally located and a quick rail trail walk to Lucky’s (home of the best breakfast sandwich in the world) and Three Tomatoes (great Italian and a mad martini).
