Head down to the basement and let the energy shift—laugh around the foosball table, aim darts, or sprawl out for a film night. There's space for kids to play freely and adults to kick back. Slide open the door to the side deck for a sizzling BBQ or settle into the backyard dining area to toast under the stars.

House Rules:
- No Parties or Events Allowed.
- No Pets Allowed. No exceptions.
- Max Occupancy is 9 total
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced
- Must be 25 or older to reserve
- Max vehicle parking is 2 (depending on vehicle size) Street parking is also available.
- No Smoking Allowed
- No Garage Access
***Any complaints from neighbors will be addressed immediately and if not resolved, could result in your being asked to leave. All monies/deposits will be forfeited.

Please Note:
The upstairs futon is a single and is only designed to accommodate one person. There is a double futon in the living room.
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.
