"The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Location is hard to beat — just 100 ft from North Point MTR station and right next to North Point Mall, with a large Japanese supermarket on B1. The swimming pool is a real highlight too, and very kid-friendly. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small, though that's pretty standard for Hong Kong, so it's hardly a complaint."

"Okay for low budget short stay, dehumidifier was awesome in drying out the bathroom, because there are no shower curtains, so the toilet and floor is wet after each shower. No toiletries supplied so bring your own, bonus: toilet roll available, kettle, air condition, electrical sockets, hairdryer, desk lamp didn’t work. Shuttle bus to Kai Tak and if you miss the last shuttle bus, there are 22D, 22M buses. From Kai Tak Mall, CityFlyer Bus Terminal is convenient to travel to the airport and HZM port. Plenty of places to eat in Kai Tak before heading back to the accommodation. There are security and staff on the site who are very helpful and friendly. First experience with Runway 1331 and it is not a bad choice."

"Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit. Thank you. God bless."
