"The place is clean, comfortable, definitely we recommend it. The only thing is to check in you have to plan very well as nobody is there. You have to call a number in the door and someone will come to assist you. Looks like they are trying to save money on staff. After that everything is ok"
"The room was not what I would expect for the property to be rated a 'Plus' property. It was small, the carpet was worn in areas.
There was no way to contact the front desk by phone.
It was a 3 night stay - Friday, Saturday and Sunday. When we returned to our room Sunday evening, neither of our 2 key cards worked. I then had to walk the full length of the hotel and back to get the key cards reactivated. There was no recognition for this inconvenience nor an explanation as to why the cards were...

The room that they had reserved for us was next to the office, my look was instantly caught by Marilyn and immediately she had is in a different room, the room was more than clean! The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in, in a motel! Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc.
Wigles is considered a budget motel, the only thing I would say is budget is the price!! There are alot of high priced motels that could learn hospitality from this...

We were also facing the lake, which was very nice except there was a band playing at the restaurant below that did not stop until midnight. When we checked out, we saw there was a sign stating that there was a band there and if we would like to move rooms because of the noise that we could, but that was not told to us originally so we didn’t get much sleep. With the band there...
