The home plus bunkhouse is all yours and is situated on over 2 acres along the banks of the Frio River. Recently renovated this rustic charmer boasts style and class, yet has a comfortable atmosphere where you can put your feet up and enjoy the home. Lazy doesn't mean you can't lounge it up in style.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used towels in each bathroom. Do not pile in laundry room. Throw trash away: All trash to be thrown in the dumpster.Turn things off:all lights and turn both AC's up to 78 degrees.
If in the winter, please keep heat at 68 degrees Lock up: Lock all doors. Return keys: Put all keys back in lockbox next to door.
Please do not strip the beds and sheets. Leave everything on the bed in tact. throw out all uneaten food in refrigerators and pantry. no laundry left in the washer and dryer..no wet towels in Dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely special beautiful place

Guys getaway trip, beautiful house, very comfortable and well appointed. Had everything we needed to have a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. The swimming hole a short 100 yard walk up river will rank in my top 5 favorite secret places on earth!

Spectacular

The place was spectacular very relaxing and place had everything you needed more than expected had stores nearby which was a bonus for us and so much fun at the river and owner was a real help with river and places to go i definitely recommend!!!!

Clean nice place for weekend getaway

This property is excellent for a quick weekend getaway from the city buzz. The property sits on a huge lot with nice clean furniture. Loved the swing(s ) on the property. It is better to pack all that you need before heading to this cabin as there aren't any good convenience stores around.

Comfortable

“Lazy Days” is a very comfortable and spacious place. Lots of land and easy access yet it felt like we were by ourselves. Glad it has wi-fi as there is no cell service. That was our first time doing the “Three Twisted Sisters” bike trip. We hope to do it again and would love to stay at “Lazy Days” once more.

Great place

While we had no river bc it low, we had a wonderful time on the beautiful property, and were still able to find a nifty swimming hole about 30 min drive away (the Quince!). House was awesome, bunk house full of beds for the teens, great place for multifamily gathering or just a way to give the kids their own space. I'd love to go back and see it when the river is full!

Absolutely beautiful

We truly enjoyed our stay and our friends did too. Enjoyed the fire pit and hearing the water run beside us. Instructions on how to check out wld have been helpful if it was printed I was experiencing trouble staying connected to the WiFi and had to trouble the owner for them. If we ever travel back we will stay here.

Better Than Expected

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures indicate. We held a family reunion and it couldn't have been more perfect. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at the Lazy Daze property. I could spend all day just sitting on the porch enjoying the peaceful setting. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay but there were some issues with the AC, water temp, and amenities that were an inconvenience. Although, we would 100% stay here again. The house and property are so beautiful and its such a wonderful getaway. Hoping we can return again next year.

Best place!!!

We had the best time at this property. The house and bunk house are AMAZING. It gave us plenty of room to spread out and have some space. There wasn’t much water right in front of the house(which we knew) but there is a great swimming hole 50 yds away and another one the other direction. We will be back, we found our new place to stay every year.

Great place on the Frio, very spacious, nice rooms and porch deck (as well as pavilion down by the river). Host was great. The bunk house worked out well for the college kids and the 3 rooms for the adults/parents. We hope to stay there again next year.
