House has first floor sleeping for 2 and loft sleeping for 2 as well (sleeps 4 total). House has a full bathroom and kitchenette. Kitchenette has a cooktop, fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils etc. Walk out your door and see stunning views of Mount Elbert & Mount Massive. Walk half a block and you are on Harrison Ave, the main street of Leadville. The Space: Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation in Leadville. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and sitting area. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee. Guest Access: Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time. The Neighborhood: Located in downtown Leadville, 1 block from Harrison Avenue. You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you can bring your bike. Getting Around: You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, Leadville has lots to offer. A car is helpful to get to most hiking trails. Or you can bring your mountain bike and take a ride on the mineral belt trail. The kitchenette had pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, but be prepared to bring basics like oil and spices if you want to cook. No shampoo, only body wash provided. Loved the art and local “touches”. A couple major downfalls that absolutely do not agree with the price they charge. The fire alarm was taken apart and not functioning when we got there, the freezer could use a clean, and you have to leave the faucets on drip to keep plumbing from freezing. Cold: Once the sun went down, the two heaters could not keep up with the cold (outdoor temps were in the teens) and the bedding was thin. There are no extra blankets for the bed on the main level. Both beds are against a window. Uncomfortable: The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows very thin. Minimal privacy: There are two windows that are not 100% covered and the rest of the window coverings are subpar in terms of privacy and they offer no insulation against the cold. Overall I don’t recommend this for a worry-free romantic get away. I could see myself renting this for $100 per night and for different purposes but I paid much more than that with all the fees included. ##### Laurie D.
