All adults had their own bedrooms and the bunk bed room and downstairs family room provided plenty of space for the kids. The property is gorgeous and the location was perfect for us. A quick drive to the Safeway and downtown Leadville, as well as Turquoise Lake and plenty of hikes, made it very convenient. Renters should be aware that almost all of the bathrooms were Jack and Jill, so you will be sharing with the adjoining bedroom. The house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms so we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we could want and then some. It’s very peaceful with no close neighbors. And then…there’s the deck that looks out to Mount Massive!! What a sight off the deck or from the windows! Andrew and Tracy were great to help set everything up. The views were lovely and the layout of the house worked perfectly for our needs. The best part of the house is the deck. It was clean and tidy. We did not use the hot tub so cannot comment there. The furniture was a bit run down and the mattresses could use an upgrade. Kitchen was well stocked, however there was no coffee supplied- not a deal breaker but just a "nice to have", especially for the first morning. Wifi is weak, but again not a deal breaker for us. This is our second time staying in the house. We really enjoyed the updates that have been made! This home is perfect for large groups with the king beds and kids bunk beds. It is clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and relaxing in the living room after a long day of skiing. It was the perfect space for our little family reunion. Enough beds for everyone. Enough space at the table for everyone. Hot tub was lovely. Grill was very useful. Views from the deck are SPECTACULAR. We all had an amazing time.
