We were able to easily walk to the race venue. The location was just the icing on top for us though. The rental is located in a small, quiet neighborhood with local neighbors who are present and pleasant, giving a quick wave and simple greeting if you are outside. The rental was clean and comfortable for our party of four. We enjoyed sitting at the four top table on the large front porch, soaking up the sun and views in the afternoon. The kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances, pots, pans and utensils that we enjoyed using when making dinner. The beds were comfortable. The living room TV is setup with the Samsung TV Plus app for easy access to live streaming channels without the need to sign into any smart apps with your personal credentials. It was an easy drive from the rental to downtown. If we hadn’t needed to get back for school on Monday, we would have looked into availability to stay on for another night or two. ##### jeffrey w. Done. House clean, updated, and in quiet area at edge of town okay. Although not the finest area. Altitude and breathing was a little bit hard. If hiking the 14ers a great place. Biking, hiking is the big draw in Summer. We crossed Weston Pass in our Honda CRV. Zip line and train. Train was boring. Zip line fun. Best thing about house was quiet neighborhood, clean, and privacy. ##### Karla L.
