You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the heated garage. Your personalized door code is unique to your stay and only active during your reservation for added security and peace of mind. We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞 There is a private 1 bedroom apartment that is not accessible from the inide of the house. It is only accessible from the exterior private stairs. This unit is for the owner only, they will not be there during your stay. House Rules As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests. IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, the guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge plus the cost to have the house remediated by a professional cleaning company. We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale.
