Located in red on the front photo (the rooms on the right are unoccupied). The apartment has just been completely redone (insulation, electricity, sanitary, joinery, painting). On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (plate 4 induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, plenty of storage space, a round table, 4 chairs, low buffet, convertible 1 nobody. Bamboo flooring + tiling. Underfloor heating, DSL and Wifi connection, TV. Upstairs: bedroom with bed 160 x 200, 1 dressing table, 1 secretary desk and 2 chairs. Dressing room, separate WC and shower room. (Hair dryer, board and iron to redo). The windows of both levels face south with beautiful views of the garden, the pool and the banks of the river. Outside, access by an old stone staircase to the terrace with plunge pool, table, chairs, umbrella, etc., and to the garden and the large swimming pool (6m x 12,50m) of 2,40m deep. Access to the pool is secured by a fence and an approved gate. Private parking. There are no other tenants in this big house so the pool is not to share. The owners bathe there when the tenants do not use it. Linens and towels are provided For cooking the basic foods (oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, spices) are available as well as cleaning products. Possibility of garage bike. All shops within three minutes walk. Although located near the Nationale 7, it is a very quiet and quiet place on the banks of the Arc river (Cézanne painted Les Baigneuses), facing the vineyards of Château Simone (AOC Palette wines). Small view of the Sainte Victoire mountain north of the house. Minimum rental: 5 days Bus every fifteen minutes to Aix en Provence at 500 meters. Don’t miss it. Jean Pierre and Marino are wonderful hosts and the property is fantastic. Restaurants, Bäckereien und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in Laufnähe. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Bushaltestelle im nahen Ort (Palette). Bus fährt tagsüber und abends alle 1/2 Stunde von und nach Aix. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr schön. Die vier Sterne sind der nahen Autobahn geschudet - sonst 5 Sterne. Die Fenster sind zwar schalldicht, aber im Garten und bei offenen Fenster ist die Autobahn (auch nachts) zu hören. In unserer Reiszeit (Ende September) gab es abends draußen, wohl wegen des nahen Flusses, ein Mückenproblem. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett. Konversation nur auf französisch. Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Es gibt einen Induktionsherd. Der Pool draußen war auch wirklich wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit im Pool sehr genossen. Der Garten ist unglaublich liebevoll hergerichtet. Man merkt das die Gastgeber ihr Herz in diesen Garten gesteckt haben und es ist toll in ihm zu entspannen. Einziges kleines Manko, die Gartenmöbel sind teilweise recht abgenutzt z.B. habe ich lir an einem Stuhl ein Kleid leicht eingerissen. Das wäre schön wenn dies an dem traumhaften Garten nochmal verbessert werden könnte :\]. The property overlooks the family garden, pool, the narrow arc river, and the hillside vineyard beyond. It has a full range of shops within 2-15 minutes walking and has private parking. Many hiking trails within minutes driving. The hosts were extremely kind and interesting people, congenial and very accomodating. Attention si vous êtes sensibles aux moustiques, trés nombreux. Je n'ai pas pu profiter de la piscine ni de la terrasse et j'ai gardé les fenêtres fermées. Végétation dense ce qui maintient l'humidité donc favorise la multiplication des insectes piqueurs. Par contre, très bon accueil des propriétaires, très dispos et appartement très propre. Si vous partez toute la journée en balade, l'appart peut convenir. Par contre, si vous envisagez des journées au bord de la piscine, je vous le déconseille. ##### jean-pierre m. Tout est en excellent état et fonctionnel dans le logement, pas de mauvaises surprises.
