"Very friendly staff. We stayed for one night only but the staff went out of their way to help us and make our stay pleasant."

"This hotel is very good value. Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast consisted of a good variety of pastries, fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs and hams. Only criticism would be there was only two coffee sachets in the room and no milk. We asked for milk at reception and were told they don’t give milk out so we had to buy some from the supermarket. Hotel is very close to the station and the area has a lot of homeless people however we never felt scared or threatened but we’re back in our hotel room by 8pm. We had a lovely meal in Le Panier which is the old town and very arty. And a nice walk along the port. Overall our visit was very positive and would definitely return to explore more of the city."

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location - just a stroll across the road into the main Street of the old town. Staff were friendly, helpful and charming. We had a room with a terrace which was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was kept superbly clean by the cleaners - thank you! Bathroom very nicely done and the toiletries smelt amazing. Area and hotel were very quiet for sleeping peacefully at night. We ate in the bistro one evening and the food was excellent; great selection at breakfast, also. Could not fault this hotel, would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it."

"Excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación, habitaciones aceptables, limpias y luminosas. El personal muy servicial, tienen servicio a la habitación y la cocina del hotel es bastante buena. A un paso del puerto y a dos minutos de las tiendas. El hotel es antiguo, pero se conserva muy bien ."
