The house features a 1,500 m² garden and consists of a living room, a 50 m² kitchen with a pantry, a half-bath, and two bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in shower. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs, there is a landing area with a desk, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and two large bedrooms.
