L'oustaou Néou - Gîte de L'olivier

Ideal for a car-free holiday, this gîte offers easy arrival: the owners can pick you up at the train station, buses serve the entire Arcachon Bay area, and bicycles are available for rent. Located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, in a three-hectare park facing the forest, L'Oustaou Néou is a former farmhouse enjoying a peaceful, natural setting with horses and sheep. The Gîte de l'Olivier is housed in a newly built building next to the old farmhouse, which includes the owners' residence and another gîte. It features a private terrace with garden furniture and an electric griddle, located next to the shared swimming pool. The ground floor comprises a living area with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge (with a sofa bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two attic bedrooms, each furnished with a 160x200cm bed, a separate toilet, and a dressing room shared by both bedrooms. The swimming pool is located near the cottage, opposite the owners' house; it is shared with the owners and two other cottages. A large terrace, equipped with sun loungers and poolside beds, is also available for your use. As the environment is central to our concerns, we have implemented numerous eco-friendly practices on our property, some of which you will find reflected in our accommodations and their surroundings (homemade organic cleaning products, reused antique furniture or furniture made from recycled materials, for example). The cottage has electric heating (included) on the ground floor and reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms. Utilities are included in the price (an additional charge will apply if you exceed the cottage's capacity). Parking is available on the property. Two other cottages are located on the property, one of which is very close by. As animals live on our property, we are unable to accommodate pets. Similarly, access to the enclosures will not be possible. A right of way is required to access the swimming pool and the farmhouse cottage near the cottage terrace. A cycle path is nearby. Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. The cottage is offered for 2 people; a supplement is charged for additional guests.
