In the heart of the Arcachon Basin, within the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, in the town of Le Teich, L’Airial du Résinier welcomes you for your holiday in a unique and exceptionally well-preserved natural setting, perfect for relaxation. This location is ideal for exploring all the treasures of our beautiful region: Arcachon, its beaches, its “winter town,” the oyster-farming ports of Gujan Mestras, the Le Teich bird sanctuary, the Dune du Pyla, and much more. Our fully self-contained holiday rental, featuring a living area with a triple orientation facing east, south, and west, is situated in the heart of a one-hectare “airial”—unique in the region—surrounded by pine trees; it features a terrace and an adjoining fenced yard. Completely renovated, you’ll enjoy a beautiful, spacious living area that’s bright year-round thanks to its six generous openings (four windows, two glass doors), featuring a kitchenette, dining area, living room (with board games), a television, and a fireplace insert; two bedrooms—one with a 140-bed and the other with two 90-beds—and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and also features an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. Sheets, bath linens, and household linens are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Fermob outdoor furniture is provided for your comfort, along with two lounge chairs for relaxing. The living room features a fireplace insert to liven up your evenings during the fall and winter months; there are also plenty of board games available nearby so you can share precious, fun moments with the kids! Check-in and key pickup are scheduled between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM, though some flexibility is possible.
