It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 300 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises Ground floor : \- 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190) and large dressing area \- Utility room with washing machine \- Bathroom with bath \- Separate WC First floor : \- Bedroom 2 : double bed (140×190), en-suite shower room with WC \- Bedroom 3 : double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside : \- A beautiful 300 m² garden, fully enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Le Relecq-Kerhuon, in very pleasant surroundings.
