Welcome to our warm and bright artist's house, ideal for unforgettable stays with family or friends!
With its 10 beds in 7 bedrooms, it is very pleasant to live in and close to all amenities and beaches.
Located near the heart of the typical Provençal village of Le Pradet, you will appreciate this adorable seaside resort renowned for its charm, its authenticity and its magnificent sandy beaches.

The accommodation:
You will enjoy 160m2 including spacious living areas with its welcoming living room, its convivial dining room and its fully equipped kitchen (new appliances).

On the night side, you can rest in the 7 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms (one on the ground floor), spread over 2 levels. You will have 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet and 1 shower room with toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

You will enjoy a beautiful garden of 300m2 with 2 sunny terraces, one of which is very shaded in summer, ideal for nap time.

Table tennis, table football, swing, deck chairs, garden furniture and teak table, board games, beach toys, lots of books for young and old, DVDs and a guitar for lively evenings around the outdoor barbecue (bag of charcoal at your disposal)!

The villa is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room and dining room and mobile fans in the bedrooms.

For families with baby, a complete kit can be made available on request: changing mat, high chair, travel cot with mattress, early crockery.
The garden is secure and enclosed.

• 2 min walk from the Espace des Arts (cinema, concerts,...).
• Walks directly to the Colle Noire massif, or just behind the house in the Departmental Nature Area of the Plan, a 135-hectare nature reserve.

• By car: 5 minutes from all the beaches of Le Pradet, ideal for families, the small port of Les Oursinières nestled in the hollow of the greenery, or the impressive fort of La Gavaresse with a panoramic view of the coast and the Golden Islands.

• La Cibonne equestrian centre (courses and pony rides by the hour) and sailing club 5 minutes away by car on the beach of the Garonne (summer courses, rental by the hour).
• Mining museum at Cap Garonne and so many other things to visit!
• The coastal cycle path, which connects Toulon to Hyères, passes in front of the house.

• 15 minutes by car from Toulon or the Giens peninsula (with its salt marshes and pink flamingos), from where you can embark for the island of Porquerolles;
• 50 minutes by car from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, 1 hour from Saint-Tropez.

To get there:
• Toulon-Hyères airport is 20 minutes away by car.
• From Toulon train station: 2 direct bus lines arrive very close to the house (25 minutes by bus then 2 minutes on foot). The line continues to Hyères by the coast.
