Our contemporary 120-square-meter villa, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 terraces, and a pool, is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac overlooking a pine forest.

It’s a 5-minute walk from the heart of the village of Le Porge (33680), with its wild and natural beaches, halfway between Lacanau and the Arcachon Bay, on the Cap-Ferret side.

The villa is ideal for a stay with family or friends for up to 8 people.

The living area opens onto the south-facing terrace and the pool to the east.
The open kitchen is separated by a central island that seats 4.
It is equipped with induction cooktops, a double oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher.

You’ll enjoy your meals at the square tables seating 8 in the dining room or on the terrace, under a pergola.
For breakfast and aperitifs, you can relax in the two outdoor seating areas on the front and back terraces.

For your comfort, all 4 bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 beds featuring Emma mattresses, and bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The bedrooms and living room have Ethernet ports with fiber-optic internet installed.
In the living room and in two of the bedrooms, you’ll find a TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, and Canal+.

A bathroom, two shower rooms, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer complete the villa.
