It’s fine, nice property with a rooftop eating area and great views of the city in all directions. Staff were helpful. Our room did have some plumbing issues with the shower constantly changing temperature dramatically every few seconds (every shower for 4 nights and three family members) and a toilet that had difficulty flushing fully. But overall no real problems, would stay there again.

Fantastic one night stay!! Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and relaxing! Overall would highly recommend.

Loved the property and the gardens. Great breakfast options and you could sit on the terrace if it was nice. Lovely part of Rome to stay in with great transport options.

I feel as if we should have received a refund for at least one night. Out of the four night stay, the power went out for an hour the second night, and we had no hot water for the rest of the stay. Offering a return for the portion of the trip that we could not shower would display a huge amount of trust to future clients. I will say that the staff was very kind and helpful, but the owner needs to revisit this scenario and do what is right.
