  • Welcome to Villa Hokiss, a prestigious villa for up to 8 guests, set in a fully enclosed private one-hectare estate in Le Muy. Enjoy total privacy with no overlooking neighbors, surrounded by nature for peace, space, and seclusion close to the Côte d’Azur.



    The villa features a master suite, two double bedrooms, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, a bright living room opening onto the outdoors, a bathroom, separate toilet, air conditioning, fiber Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Beds are made up for your arrival, and bed linen and towels are provided.



    Outside, you’ll find a private XXL pool (12 × 6 m), a large sunny terrace, outdoor lounge, private tennis court, and a landscaped park. The estate is gated and secure, with no direct neighbors. Private secure parking is available.



    You will be welcomed personally with a tour of the villa and estate, and a practical guide will be sent before your stay. Check-in from 5 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.



    Easily reach Le Muy, Les Arcs, Vidauban, Draguignan, the beaches of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime, and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, with the A8 motorway and Côtes de Provence vineyards nearby.
