Arrived late and did the virtual check in. Let me pay thr remaining just fine but didn't want to print the key. Went and asked for the key and the lady kept saying the machine until she made it. I told her 3x it wouldn't print but didn't want to print for me. Now get to the room and the mirrors is shattered and the door allows wind to make a weird sound in the room all night. Barely slept and exited after about 6 hours as it didn't matter anyways. Figured would before comfortable in the Delta lounge than the hotel room. Upon check out advised of the issues with the room. The lady kept saying i broke the mirror and i showed her the time stamp picture and video i had of check in and the room. Well she complained its my responsibility to come advise of issues like that immediately. I advised it was amazing and probably impossible that they had zero ideas that the room had issues. Will never stay here again. The one in Istanbul 1000% better than this place.
