The bathroom and separate toilet are on this floor. \-On the 1st floor a large room under slope with 5 beds: a bed of 140, 2 single beds, one with drawer and mattress of 90 if necessary. The view from above is simply magical. \- The whole is on a basement where are the bikes (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 children), beach umbrella and terrace, fins / masks / snorkels, deckchairs, coffee table tray, weber BBQ ... The ground is composed of an outside shower, a superior terrace with an outdoor table and 6 chairs, and a low terrace on artificial turf equipped with a lemon tree and deckchairs, deckchairs ... A hammock area is located behind the house under a mimosa. A private parking space is located 20 m from the house. This house is ideally located 100 m from the port, 150 m from the pedestrian street of the city center, at the start of the bike path that goes to Cavalière, 300 m from the municipal beach and sailing school and 10 min to walk to the beautiful beach of St Clair. Il est regrettable que l’on ne pas puisse voir la propriétaire car elle fait appel à un prestataire de nettoyage qui ne fait pas son travail correctement et qui ne vérifie pas la propreté des ustensiles de cuisine et différents équipants. Le lave vaisselle n’était pas en état de fonctionnement et elle n’en a pas été avisée. Il manquait aussi la table à repssser qui figure pourtant dans le matériel mis à disposition. Sinon, il ta tous les équipements pour les activités sportives que l’on n’a pas utilisé. La salle de bain est un peu exiguë et mérite un relookage ainsi que les sanitaires. Le point le plus négatif est à l’accès par le chemin à la propriété qui présente des arbustes et arbres non élagués qui rayent les véhicules. ##### Philippe R.
