Large garden and enclosed shaded parking + outdoor parking. Swing portico, covered terrace of 15 m2 south facing without opposite or traffic, deckchairs, meals or naps in complete peace facing the sea view or towards the hill of Bormes, on the terrace or in the garden. Very pretty view of the sea, Iles d'or and Bormes-les-Mimosas. Privileged location in Lavandou for this very clean, functional, ecological rental. (Quality construction that remains cool in summer) Independent entrance - Washing machine and drying racks. Bathtub, high chair and baby bed available. \- Boules court 150 m away (pétanque balls on site). Maximum capacity: 5 people (on request) Holiday vouchers accepted. Deposit of €350 to be deposited upon entry. Returned in full if no damage and apartment returned in good clean condition as found on arrival. If you wish, you can reserve departure cleaning: €60\.
