Welcome to this recently renovated 40 m² one-bedroom apartment, peacefully located on the Aiguebelle hill in Le Lavandou. Enjoy stunning sea views from the living room and spacious balcony, perfect for meals or relaxing moments.  
  
The apartment features a bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with sea view separated by a blackout glass partition, and a functional bathroom. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included for your comfort.  
  
The Aiguebelle beach is about a 10-minute walk away, along with coastal trails and nearby coves to explore.
