Apartment n°3 near the beach - sea view + terrace

Dear Abritel guests,
We are offering for rent a 6-bed apartment on the seafront at Le Lavandou in the Var (region PACA, 83).
The apartment is located 200m from Aiguebelle beach, with a beautiful sea view.

Benefits include easy access to the beach on foot, pleasant strolls thanks to the nearby cycle path just 100m away, the certainty of parking (1 garage space + 1 ext space per apartment) and recent air-conditioning in every room.

Beachside restaurants just a 5-minute walk away.
Shops and restaurants (Le Lavandou town center) 10 minutes away by car.

Located 45 minutes from Saint-Tropez and close to the Port-Cros national park, ideal for discovering the most beautiful towns in south-east France, the magnificent villages of the Haut-Var, or the local beaches, from Rayol to the magical ones of Cabasson and Brégançon. Great hiking, biking and water sports nearby.

The 80m² apartment comprises :
Living room of approx. 32m² with open-plan kitchen, high ceilings with exposed beams. Terrace of approx. 25m² overlooking the hill and sea, and west-facing garden of approx. 25m² (deckchair, table, chairs, parasol available).

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster).

2 bedrooms are located on the lower floor:
Bedroom 1: approx. 30m² with bathroom and WC, accommodating 2 double beds 1 x 160 and 1 x 140.
Bedroom 2: approx. 9m², 140cm bed.
Bathroom and WC in the corridor.
The 2 bedrooms open onto a loggia of approx. 8m² with sea and hill views.

70 steps in 2 levels to access the apartments, with large terrace on level 1.

Towels and bath mats included if required.

Tourist tax to be paid on arrival with the balance of your rental (€1.44/night).

Cleaning will be done by you on departure.

A deposit by cheque of 1000 euros (not cashed) will be requested on your arrival to cover any damage.

Die Wohnung ist sehr funktional und sauber, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und der Blick von der Terrasse herrlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht, kümmern sich sofort und wohnen auch im Gebäude. Die Treppenstufen hinauf sind eine Herausforderung, aber nach 10 Tagen waren wir konditionell gut dabei :-) Wir würden wiederkommen!

Nous avons passés un séjour magique dans ce magnifique appartement. La vue est à couper le souffle et c'est situé à 5 petites minutes à pied de la très belle plage d'Aiguebelle. Et surtout: l'accueil de Sabine et Christophe était merveilleux, ils sont très avenants et chaleureux. À peine partis, nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner!

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli, agréablement surpris par l'espace de la "maison / appartement", les rangements, la propreté, le matériel à disposition, la vue sur la mer et la proximité avec les plages, les restaurants, les boutiques et diverses activités touristiques etc. Il est préférable d'être véhiculé, de plus qu'il est possible de stationner son véhicule sans soucis. Merci aux proprio !
