On the 1st floor without lift, this ideal accommodation for a couple and a baby, consists of a hallway leading to a bedroom with a double bed and a window, an independent toilet, a bathroom with washing machine, a kitchen area with a fridge freezer compartment and a living room with sofa bed open onto two terraces. One east side offering a view of the swimming pool of the residence and the other south side to have your family meals and enjoy our beautiful days. Household linen, cleaning service and tourist tax are not included in the price. Rented with its private parking space. ADVANTAGES Very nice secure and nicely wooded residence. You will appreciate the calm of the neighborhood, 900 m from the center of Le Lavandou, 800 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 17 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 23.Jun. - 30.Sep. .). You will appreciate the quiet area of this residence and its very pretty swimming pool.
