Dont on n’a jamais reçu la copie signée de l'agence qui, si elle est si scrupuleuse doit l’être jusqu’au bout, par respect pour le client.Arrivée dans la location, le ménage de la SDB non fait, douche et WC à nettoyer, tapis de bain très sale , plus tard constat de certaines vaisselles pas propres etc... On enverra un message à l'agence qui reportera la faute au propriétaire qui avait séjourné avant nous. N'est-ce pas à l’agence de vérifier l’état de ses locations ? Notre relation avec l’agence a été laborieuse, de la lourde procédure de réservation, à celle du départ, sur leur application, avec demande de faire des photos des pièces avant de partir (alors que la procédure d'entrée ne nous permettait pas de télécharger des photos du ménage non fait), mais aussi l’obligation de quitter la location à 8h30 pour pouvoir déposer les clés à l’agence Foncia avant la l’heure butoir de 9h00 et de télécharger notre RIB (on l’aura envoyé 3 fois!). Tout cela sous la menace écrite de ne pas pouvoir récupérer notre caution.
