Traditional stone and beamed house located in the heart of the Nantes vineyards, 14 km from Clisson and 21 km from Nantes, adjoining the owners' house.  
  
Private, unfenced 30 m² covered terrace for sunny meals, and an open area at the rear of the cottage (shared with the owners) with views of the countryside, vineyards, and a pond (not fenced).  
  
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen.  
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed 140x190 cm, 2: 2 single beds 90x190 cm), shower room/WC.  
  
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo system, cot, and high chair.  
Included: geothermal heating and electricity.  
Not included: bed linen (€10/bed), towels (€7/person), and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€65).  
Relaxation and Nordic walking sessions available upon request.  
  
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

Gite is very comfortable, a lot of privacy. Very clean. Nice welcome with flowers and sweets. Good location to move around and see the sights

Très bon accueil du propriétaire Location fidèle aux photos, gîte bien aménagé et très agréable, seul petit bémol, les toilettes sont à l'étage. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
