Studio apartment with a sleeping alcove, approximately 24m², valley view, on the 4th floor with a balcony and a ski locker on the 3rd floor of the residence, with direct access to the slopes and the ESF ski school.

The sleeping alcove has two bunk beds (2 x 80 x 190cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The living area includes a kitchenette with a pull-out double bed (2 x 80 x 190cm), two electric hobs, a microwave/grill oven, and a refrigerator. A Senseo coffee machine is also provided.

The residence is located at the foot of the slopes and has an elevator. The ski locker is on the 3rd floor.
