Quartier agréable. La place de parking est un vrais plus. Appartement dont la 2 ème chambre est en mezzanine. Donc attention aux personnes à mobilités réduites et aux jeunes enfants. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel mais très ancien. Il faut aimer. Cour très spacieuse. Climatisation efficace.
