Overlooking one of Guadeloupe’s few lagoons—notable for the varied colours of its seabed—it towers 50 m above a former saltworks, its mangrove forest, and its vast green spaces within a protected area, featuring a 10-km seaside fitness trail: ideal for walking, jogging, swimming.
The Nature (3 bedrooms) and Alizés (4 bedrooms) villas are part of a 3,000 m² property (Homelidays ref.: 660 4318) ), comprising two completely independent villas: the Nature villa (Homelidays ref.: accommodation 260 1552) for 6 people) and the Alizés villa (listing 370 2084),, which sleeps 8 to 10 people. The villas are located 250 m from Salines Beach—one of the island’s three windsurfing and kitesurfing spots—on a hill cooled by the trade winds, within a complex of large properties in a quiet and safe area featuring:
Panoramic view of the beach, the Salines coral reef, and the islands:
Marie Galante, Dominica, Les Saintes, and the coast of Basse-Terre.
The Alizés villa, which sleeps 8 to 10 people, is located next to the Nature villa, which sleeps 6 people. Both villas are not overlooked and can be rented separately or together (in which case, please refer to: 198 7728).
CThe villas are separated by a WALL AND WOODEN SIDING structure 2 to 3 m high, along with dense plantings of bamboo and bougainvillea, and a 15-meter space that ensures their respective privacy. If both villas are rented, a locked connecting door can be opened.
Each villa has its own “relaxation” pool. The Nature Villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a living room, and the Alizés Villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and a living room. The property is extended by a 25 m² veranda terrace with a sea view!
The villas were inspected by Clévacances, which rated them 4 out of 5 keys for their comfort, amenities, and surroundings.
They can be rented separately to accommodate 6 or 8 people. In this case, please make your reservation using the reference number for the selected villa (accommodation), as indicated above.
You can also rent both villas together for 14 people. In this case, make your reservation using the reference: 198 7728. All 14 guests can gather for a banquet on the veranda terrace of either villa—the choice is yours!
A stay to recharge your batteries.
You’ll be sheltered from prying eyes in the 1,000 m² garden filled with trees and flowers, and thanks to its three levels, every couple’s privacy is guaranteed. The bedrooms offer every comfort; each has its own bathroom with a toilet, and the ground-floor suite also features a walk-in closet and access to the pool and garden (see photo 2). Each level offers a view of the islands. Cleaning is provided by Julienne as part of the package once a week, and upon request, she can prepare traditional dishes for you, such as goat colombo or fish courbouillon.... Gardening and pool maintenance are included.
While some will choose to relax on the lounge chairs by the pool, others will prefer to play board games at a separate garden table in the shade, constantly cooled by the trade winds.
Supermarkets, butcher shops, bakeries, local pastry shops, a pizzeria, and a producer of Creole blood sausage are all 1.5 km away.
The villas are ideally located on the island for exploring. They’re equidistant from Guadeloupe’s three “Pointes”: between Pointe des Châteaux and the town
