Its location in the center of the island, less than 5 minutes drive from the city center of Gosier, its beautiful beaches and shops, you can enjoy the sea (beach 1 minute walk) and d to have quick access to other paradisiacal places of the island (mountain, river). Air-conditioned room, with a big bed, big wardrobe, room of bath with WC .Linge of entirely provided house (sheets, towels, towels of bath, tea towels ...). The apartment is located about 300m from a supermarket. A bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, casino and other shops are nearby. This superb location is the ideal place to relax and is also ideally located as a starting point for all your excursions on the archipelago. Marie-Galante, Les Saintes, Désirade, and all sports activities (surfing, fishing, walking, walking, cycling, etc ...) To book, a check for 30% of the total rental amount will be requested. The remaining amount will be paid on the day of arrival upon key collection. A deposit check of 300 euros (not cashed unless damage to the premises) will also be requested upon arrival. Le logement est bien positionné, facilité de stationnement. Le quartier est très calme et sécuritaire. Petite plage sympa au bout de l’impasse. L’espace piscine est sympa également (partagé avec l’appartement voisin). Il faudrait néanmoins un petit coup de neuf pour moderniser l’appartement. Il y a quelques points d’usure notamment dans la salle de bain et les installations électriques. Idéalement, ça serait bien de fournir à l’arrivée un petit kit de démarrage alimentaire et de produits de première nécessité.
