Detached house located in a quiet area, at the edge of the Gâvre forest, 8 km from Blain, 40 km from Nantes, and close to the owners' farm (cereals - no pets).  
2,500 m² enclosed garden with north and south-facing terraces. Ping-pong and Molky games are available.  
Ground floor: kitchen/living room open to the living room with fireplace insert, 3 bedrooms (1: two 90x190 cm beds, 2: 140x190 cm bed, 3: 160x200 cm bed), shower room, separate toilet, and disabled-accessible shower room/toilet.  
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with a 140x190 cm bed) and shower room/toilet.  
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, DVD player.  
Included: electricity and aerothermal heating. Not included: Sheets, towels, firewood, and tourist tax.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:

Le gîte est "dans son jus", avec des salles d'eau rénovées, mais pas nickel... Et le rideau de douche de l'une d'elles gâche tout. Pas beaucoup d'entretien des volets, par exemple, très difficiles à fermer.Les fenêtres ne sont pas nettoyées non plus.Pas de tampons sous les pieds de chaises qui crissent sur le carrelage, bruit désagréable quand certains dorment encore. Un lit n'est pas utilisable : le sommier a un pied central qui cogne par terre. Les autres literies sont bonnes.
