You can go to the typical Diamond market by the Beach !! WIFI is now available in the apartment. Possibility 5 people. Two air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed in 140 and 1 bedroom with two 90 beds, 1 cot with mosquito net is available). The living room has a sofa bed for an extra bed for 1 person. The living room has a fan. The living room opens onto a large terrace for your quiet meals facing the Caribbean Sea. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, juicer and juicer (enjoy good exotic fruits to prepare fresh fruit juices) and all the useful utensils for cooking! In addition, there is a washing machine and a TV. Bed and bath linen are provided. There is a second fan on the terrace. The residence is secured with an automatic gate and access code, and it is located a stone's throw from the village of Diamant (restaurants by the sea, grocery store, convenience store, small typical market, pontoon, all shops). No road noise. Rentals are not necessarily from Saturday to Saturday. They are done according to your plane dates and times. The beach is at the foot of the apartment, it is 4km long, it's pure beauty! L'aménagement général a besoin d'une mise à jour (éclairage désuet et mal fixé, confort du mobilier moyen, douche à rénover). Les chambres sont bien et confortables. Acceuil et communication parfait. Mais une fois installés c’est une autre histoire! Équipement cuisine minimum (2 casseroles et une marmite!! Pas de beurrier ni coquetier ni théière et on oublie pour trouver un couteau qui coupe..!). Côté ameublement confort très réduit pour un rapport qualité /prix au total médiocre. Ce qui n’est pas non plus précisé c’est que la plage du Diamant est l’une des plus dangereuses du sud caraïbe du fait de la forte houle. Nichts ist entapannender als auf der großzügigen Terrasse zu sitzen und dem Meeresrauschen, den Zikaden und Fröschen am Abend zuzuhören und den endlosen Blick auf den Diamanten zu genießen. Alles lief problemlos, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind sehr gut, so dass man sich gut selbst mit allem versorgen kann. Der Diamant-Strand an sich ist zwar lang, aber nicht wirklich zum Liegen/ Sonnenbaden geeignet (dafür jedoch zum morgendlichen Joggen umso mehr). Doch in den angrenzenden, leicht und schnell zu erreichenden Buchten ist es sehr schön. Dort gibt es auch zahlreiche kleinere Strand-Restaurants, wo man authentisch und unkompliziert essen gehen kann. Wir haben uns super erholt! Merci beaucoup pour un séjour splendide! ##### Joanna S. Les lits étaient faits, super ! on a pu se coucher direct. Une bouteille de jus de fruit était dans le frigo, cool, il fait chaud 28°C. Un lave-linge et un grand étendoir, une lessive par jour. Tout était propre. La bombe tue-moustique était à disposition. On avait la carte de l'ile et quelques pub. Une place de parking réservée. 2 accès par des marches à la mer. La résidence a un portail électrique à télécommande. La boulangerie est à 100m, le marché local est à 500m (fermé le lundi). Pas de wifi mais j'ai pu me connecter avec une clé 3G orange. La mer est chaude, les dauphins sont magnifiques, les petits poissons sont multicolores. Le resto La Voile Blanche est à faire. Pour aller à la baignoire de Joséphine, je vous conseille le pêcheur Félix qui a un super bateau à moteur et qui est basé à la Marina du François. Excellent voyage. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und sauber, die große Terrasse ein wundervoller Ort, die Karibik zu genießen. Von Le Diamant aus läßt sich die Insel außerdem bestens erkunden. In jedem Fall eine Emfehlung. Good security system gives you the feeling of safety during the Holiday. Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Le cadre est superbe... et quelle vue !! La Baie du Diamant , certainement la plus belle de l'île. Très bien agencé et idéalement placé pour profiter pleinement de toute l'île. Très bon accueil de Mme Clerfeuille. Le Diamant est un très beau bourg avec tout les services essentiels. Le marché couvert est génial ! La plage est magnifique. Bref, je recommande fortement cette prestation où vous passerez d'excellentes vacances en famille ou entre amis.
