"Very pleasant open-air living with well-equipped kitchen and spacious deck with lots of birds. Walk to secluded beach. You will need a car to get to restaurants and shopping. Difficult to find because no street names or numbers within La Cherry, so forget Google maps."

"Notre séjour chez Laurent fut excellent. Il est très accueillant, sourillant et disponible. Notre hébergement était parfait. Bien équipé, très beau grand jardin avec de l’ombre et du soleil. Très propre et confortable. Nous recommandation à tous qui aime les grand espace et la tranquillité tout en étant tout près de la mer . Merci"

"Les photos donnent l’impression que le logement est beaucoup plus grand. L’espace intérieur est limité à la salle de bain et deux petites chambres à coucher qui communiquent avec l’espace extérieur (la cuisine et le salon) par deux portes style garage. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe pour tolérer les portes fermées la nuit. Impossible d’ouvrir la porte du réfrigérateur lorsque nous étions attablés puisque la cuisine est très petite. Il ne faut surtout pas laisser de fruits dehors parce que les oiseaux vont les picorer et il faut aussi être à l’aise avec les gros insectes (blattes, sauterelles et gros araignées). Nous croyons que le prix chargé pour notre séjour était trop pour l’espace. Points forts: Amélie est très accueillante. La petite piscine est rafraîchissante et l’espace extérieur hormis l’espace de cuisine est grand et plaisant. La petite plage tout près est vraiment jolie."

"Belle villa sur les hauteurs du Diamant, offrant une belle balade facile d’accès à pied ou en voiture vers le centre-ville et la plage du Diamant. L'appartement a 2 chambres, une avec climatisation et l'autre avec un ventilateur. La literie est correcte, mais le protège-matelas est dur et glissant. La cuisine est plutôt sommaire, manque de matériel et de vaisselle, et présente une forte odeur d’humidité ainsi que le frigidaire qui fonctionne pas très bien. Le barbecue n'est pas pratique à utiliser dans notre appartement, alors que l'autre appartement disposait d'un Weber, mais le propriétaire n’a pas permis que nous l’empruntions alors qu'il n’y avait pas d'autres invités. La communication avec notre hôte était inexistante, et il y avait beaucoup de règles difficiles à se souvenir. En conclusion, l'emplacement est superbe, la villa est belle et la piscine est très appréciable, mais quelques petites attentions supplémentaires seraient nécessaires pour me donner envie de revenir."

"Very nice place. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. The only downside is the electricity kept going out on my first night. No problems afterwards though. The breakfast was really good too. "

"Customer service inexistent (literally during week end), had to throw away the trash ourselves, no toilet paper nor toiletries , TV the size of a tablet..not worth your money"

"Gated, just a block or so from the water (although hill is steep.) Everything we could have needed was provided in the kitchen, including basics like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar. No soap or shampoo in the shower, though. Know that the toilet is, like the bedrooms, accessible off the back wall of the open air living space, not directly accessible from the bedrooms, which have a shower and sink each. When the description says "shower only", it literally means the shower and the sink, no toilet. Also A/C only works at night, if that is a consideration for you. We were certainly comfortable outside in the shade in January. The pool is cool so you can always take a cooling dip. Great ocean breeze. The view was incredible, perfect sunrises, and there are sun shades if the sun gets to be too much. Laundry just a few steps away, shared with the other unit. Hubert is very helpful. We hope to return some day!"

"Lovely to be able to get onto the beach in very little time down a rocky path Spent many a happy hour sitting in the Chill bar nearby - it's real luxury to have people bring you cold drinks as you lie back on a sunbed admiring the view The village is about 20 to 30 mins walk along the beach. Planette Diamante restaurant is great and reasonably priced. The ice cream parlour is the best I've been to There is a small supermarket and boulangerie both of which close on a Sunday Gladys was delightful and gave us a warm welcome The apartment is modern, clean and we cooked at there a couple of evenings We got about by foot mainly and occasionally by taxi A great week!"
