Super Lage direkt am Wasser, großer Garten, trotzdem sehr ruhig und mit viel Privatsphäre und einem guten Restaurant nebenan. Einfache und ältere Ausstattung,was uns aber nicht gestört hat zumal es sehr sauber war. Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Handtücher und top WLAN vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine etwas mehr bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer mit größerem Sofa. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern dort und da dear manchmal etwas eng (es sind 2 kleinere Sofas vorhanden). ##### Anna B. La plage est peu fréquentée, et les vagues fortes. Il y a une balançoire juste devant la maison côté plage. Pour les familles, les Anses d'Arlet sont à 15 minutes en voiture, plage translucide et snorkeling avec les tortues. Vous êtes à 50 minutes de la plage des salines. Vous occupez le haut de la maison. Notre salon avait une trés belle vue. Les deux chambres avec baignoires et toilettes donnent sur le jardin. Nous avons eu trés peu de moustiques et la climatisation fonctionnait bien. Le propriétaire est sympthique et est entrain d'aménager le bas de la maison. Le jardin n'est pas particulièrement aménagé, le propriétaire a acheté table et chaises à notre demande. Des crabes rouges se balandent dans le jardin, dépaysant. Deux restaurants de bord de mer sont à une minute de la maison. A part un soir de concert, la villa est trés calme et bersée par le bruit de la mer. ##### Matthieu A. Très joli aménagement, très propre, situation exceptionnelle (les pieds dans l'eau, une plage calme et très peu fréquentée face au Diamant), accueil adorable et grande disponibilité du propriétaire pour répondre à la moindre question. Savoir seulement que les pièces ne sont pas isolées : pas de plafond aux chambres (aménagement traditionnel pour permettre une bonne ventilation / climatisation). Merci pour avoir trouvé une couette dans cette île où aucun magasin ne sait ce que c'est :) Maintenant l'appartement : Lumineux dans le séjour qui donne directement sur les cocotiers du bord de l'anse Cafard. Le coté mansardé n'est pas du tout génant car il n'y a véritablement que les bords qui soient bas (Je mesure 1m85). La vue tous les matins au réveil c'est le paradis. Les chambres donnent sur le parking. Là par contre le charmé de la maison mansardé est un peu plus gênant pour les grands notamment dans les baignoires. Mais les chambres sont grandes et sont exposées au nord Ouest avantage qui n'est pas pour déplaire car le soleil n'y tape qu'en fin de journée. La localisation est parfaite, à deux pas des anses d'Arlet. La maison est proche d'un restaurant bruyant essentiellement le vendredi et le samedi soir. Si nous revenons ce sera là ! ##### Antoine D.
