A l arrivée c'est 1 personne qui nous a remis les clefs. On a fait le tour 5mn de l appart. La propriétaire avait attrapé la grippe. Moi j avais un problème de téléphone. Elle n est pas venue non plus au départ. On a déposé les clefs dans la boîte au lettre. L accueil chaleureux des martiniquais avec ti punch ou petite corbeille de fruits on la cherche encore. L appartement est très bien situé, avec une très jolie vue sur le rocher du diamant. Très joliment décoré et bien équipe (wifi, bougies anti moustique clim,....) L appartement est propre mais mon côté un peu maniaque m à fais remarquer que cela n'était pas en profondeur ( poussière très apparante sur les lampes de chevet, sur les lames des placards, crédence non nettoyé ....). Place de parking au pieds de la résidence. Petite terrasse pour le petit déjeuner avec vu sur le diamant. C est très agréable ! A noter que dans la location est disponible les produits de "premiere nécessite" comme le sel, l huile, c est bien utile. La piscine de la résidence est superbe et bien entretenu. Alors oui les transats sont la propriété du bar mais rien ne vous empêche de prendre un café ou un planteur (5€, très bien servi) pour profiter d un transat. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine a deux pas de l’appartement dans une eau bien chaude. Merci a la propriétaire très attentionné et très accueillante. Les photos retranscrivent avec fidélité l'etat irréprochables du logement. Il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et plus encore ( glacière, parasol coffre fort...) Il est très bien placé pour une visite de l'ile, et rien ne manque pour satisfaire les occupants, jusqu'à la glacière pour les excursions... En effet nous les avons solliciter plusieurs fois par mail pour de multiples questions et nous avons eu toujours des réponses rapides !! Concernant le studio il a une super vu sur le diamant, a tout le confort nécessaire , et la résidence est vraiment agréable, fleurie et bercée par le chants des colibris. De plus la situation est pas mal pour faire le tour de l'ile vous êtes en 1h30 max au nord est et ouest, et a 20 mn de Fort de france, 15 mn pour les anses d'arlet .... Bon voyage ! Il correspond bien aux photos. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. L'appartement est très bien situé; la résidence est propre et très fleuri.
