Superbe piscine et bonne localisation
Belle villa sur les hauteurs du Diamant, offrant une belle balade facile d’accès à pied ou en voiture vers le centre-ville et la plage du Diamant. L'appartement a 2 chambres, une avec climatisation et l'autre avec un ventilateur. La literie est correcte, mais le protège-matelas est dur et glissant. La cuisine est plutôt sommaire, manque de matériel et de vaisselle, et présente une forte odeur d’humidité ainsi que le frigidaire qui fonctionne pas très bien. Le barbecue n'est pas pratique à utiliser dans notre appartement, alors que l'autre appartement disposait d'un Weber, mais le propriétaire n’a pas permis que nous l’empruntions alors qu'il n’y avait pas d'autres invités. La communication avec notre hôte était inexistante, et il y avait beaucoup de règles difficiles à se souvenir. En conclusion, l'emplacement est superbe, la villa est belle et la piscine est très appréciable, mais quelques petites attentions supplémentaires seraient nécessaires pour me donner envie de revenir.

Beautiful location, wonderful host
The apartment is very clean, and has amenities as described in the listing. It is in the lower floor of the owner's house, with a good sized swimming pool, shared with the other apartment. The setting is in a lovely garden with fruit trees and flowers, and lots of birds and butterflies. It's not far to the town, but very quiet. The best thing about this place is William, the host. He is charming , gracious and very kind, truly a new friend. Le Diamant is a good location, easy access to the airport, lovely beaches and the Carrefour, a great supermarket. You need an SUV or other vehicle with good clearance as the road into William's place is very rutted, as are many of the parking places for the beaches.

Juis suis desole This review is going to be in english gang. What a pretty area to be in.Everything we needed was in the unit.We typically used our rental car,but you don't need to.You are in town within minutes. The pool was such a bonus,all of us enjoyed it.....perfect if you are with children.The only complaint we had was with the wifi.....but that may have been our equipment too,didn't dampen our time though.Last but not least was our host William.Cant say enough about this guy.Always there, if you need anything to make your stay comfortable,but remains descreet. Hope to visit again.

Un mangnifique séjour en Martinique
Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en Martinique. Emplacement de l’appartement idéal pour profiter pleinement des plus belles plages du sud de l’île. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine qui est grande et très agréable. Des accessoires de plage pour les enfants sont mis à disposition dans l’appartement. Proche supermarché boulangerie pharmacie et centre ville avec marche couvert et restauration. Coup de cœur pour la plage grande anse d’arlet paradisiaque et pour anse Dufour où nous avons pu nager avec les tortues 2 fois! Au plaisir d’y retourner !!!

Bel endroit calme
Notre séjour à cet endroit a répondu à nos attentes. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre quotidien là-bas y était. Il y avait en plus la piscine; nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Si vous avez à communiquer avec William, le proprio, il ne faut pas hésiter. Il est fort sympathique et surtout, il souhaite vous savoir bien installé. De plus, il nous a très bien orienté pour notre arrivée. La villa est dans un lieu très calme et à peine à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage du Diamant où vous trouvez boulangeries/pâtisseries, dépanneur, restaurants, pharmacies, petits commerces, marchés, etc. Belle découverte pour nous.

Séjour au Diamant
Appartement au calme au Diamant. La piscine est grande ce qui permet de la partager sans soucis avec le deuxième logement. Il y a me nécessaire dans la cuisine pour assurer un repas le premier soir ce qui est bien agréable. Les instructions d'entrée sont claires. Il n'y a qu une table sur la terrasse. Tres biek pour le matin et midi mais pour le soir nous faisions du camping dans le salon pour eviter les moustiques. Un rideau de douche serait un petit plus. Heureusement qu il y avait le ventilateur ou la clim dans les chambres pour essayer de contrer les moustiques.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants chez William qui est un hôte disponible. L'appartement est bien placé géographiquement, à quelques minutes du centre du bourg du Diamant. La piscine est top et agréable pour se rafraichir après la journée. Bonne adresse que nous recommandons !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei William sehr genossen. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und liegt sehr ruhig. Wir haben die ruhigen Abende auf der schönen Terrasse sehr genossen.
