This cottage has a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (10 m x 5 m) with diving pit (2.20 m) secured by a mesh fence to standards. Close to another gite, 46G11927 (5 people with its private swimming pool) belonging to the same owner. Possibility to rent the 2 gites together (11 pers). No discomfort from one cottage to another. Close to Gramat, the Dordogne and Célé Valleys and its major tourist sites: Rocamadour, Padirac, Autoire, etc. Many remarkable sites to visit nearby as well as many hiking trails to discover on our causses. On the ground floor, living room/integrated kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), shower room, separate wc. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (4 beds 0.90m), separate washbasin, separate wc. Wood pellet stove acting as heating for this house (extra electric heaters in case of extreme cold), parasol, barbecue, enclosed grounds. Wi-Fi access. Phone in telestay. Near the GR1927V, 5 people, private swimming pool, same owner. Possibility to rent the 2 together (11 people). No discomfort from one cottage to another.
