A kitchen, oven, electric hob, large fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher, beautiful opening on terrace overlooking the sea. Two rooms to the west are equipped with beds 2 people, giving access to another terrace overlooking Corbières and pond. A bathroom with bath and sink. Separate toilet with washing machine. Terrace with garden furniture, sea view. Private parking.
