Appartement vétuste, de nombreux travaux seraient à prévoir, notamment la salle de bain qui est entièrement à refaire ! ( joints moisis et papier peints décollés !!!) Mobilier de mauvaise qualité et vieux... Échelle du lit superposé cassé, chaise cassée, trace de brûlure au sol... La deuxième chambre n’en est pas une mais seulement un placard dans lequel on a monté un lit superposé. Ausstattung sehr ungepflegt, angefangen von der defekten Duschstange über den kaputten Sonnenschirm bis hin zur kargen Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien. Die Gardinen des Schlafraums fanden wir am letzten Tag als "Käuel" in einer Ecke des schmutzigen Schrankes. Auf dem Balkon fehlt die Holzüberdachung.
