"The staff was wonderful and kind, the hotel is clean and quiet, BUT THEY ARE USING THE HOTEL TO HOME HOMELESS RUFFIANS...
Not very pleasant to have to go through them smoking and drinking in the front door of the property.
It's a pity to see the poor staff dealing with this situation..."

"Came from the US - everything about this hotel feels luxurious. Would 100% recommend to others, and would definitely come back. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the hotel does not have a shuttle. So unless you have a rental car, you will have to uber to get anywhere (cannot walk from mutigny train station to hotel unless you want to walk up a very long, steep hill). We ubered whenever we left and it was fine - 5/5 for everything else about this place - absolutely wonderful "

"Big parking. At first glance the check-in may look a bit complicated because there’s no reception there with a human being. Check-in process is fully automated and easy to understand.
